Monthly Membership is based on an automatic debit which will be billed to your account on the recurring day of the month when first purchased.

***A $15 fee will be added to your Monthly Membership should you opt out of the automatic debit and prefer to pay by cash or check.***

***A 30 day written notice is required for cancelation.***
