FUNctionally Fit 4 Life Bootcamp

FUNctionally Fit 4 Life Bootcamp is designed to physically challenge every fitness level from beginner to elite. The class format changes each session, offering a variety of movements that incorporate resistance training (with weights), HIIT, agility drills and body weight resistance. Each of our fitness journeys are different and very personal, our small group-training atmosphere allows the personalization and accountability needed to help you achieve your goals. Every movement can be modified and is designed to help all fitness levels achieve success.

Starting December, join trainer Virginia Liesman at 9:30am and 10:30am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for a great full body workout.
